- Continuously gather and analyze latest developments on markets, trends, emerging opportunities, customer needs and competitive positioning to support strategic decision making
- Conduct market and customer deep dives and develop scenarios with the goal of driving actionable decisions
- Orchestrate annual assessments regarding market and customer developments, improve sensing capabilities across the organization and take ownership to drive cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders (product, commercial and local marketing) regarding key insights on new trends and/or news from competitors and customers
- Create value and business impact through detailed analysis mapped to business needs
- Communicate and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and facilitate inspiring insights discussions
- Function as counterpart to global colleagues, for collaboration on specific market research initiatives

- MBA/Master degree in business, economics, finance, marketing or other comparable academic degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in market intelligence, strategy or consulting in analyzing complex business problems and providing actionable insights and recommendations to decision makers
- Knowledge of best-in-class and innovative methods (including but not limited to qualitative and quantitative surveys), tools (. Qualtrics), and processes within the field of market, competitive and customer intelligence
- Expert proficiency in PC skills (., MS Excel); work experience with SAP S/4 is a plus
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability in stakeholder management
