    Kurzbeschreibung der Rolle

    Das New Business Development Team begleitet im Rahmen unseres Corporate Entrepreneurship-Programms die Entwicklung neuer, digitaler und zukunftsorientierter Geschäftsmodelle. Zur Unterstützung des Teams suchen wir einen neuen Kollegen (m/w/d) für den Bereich Business Development mit dem Fokus auf nachhaltige Mobilitätslösungen. Sie entwickeln gemeinsam im Team neue Geschäftsmodelle und bringen diese an den Start.

    Wir suchen Sie als Beraterpersönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität zur eigenverantwortlichen Übernahme von Projekten. Bei uns erwartet Sie abwechslungsreiche Projekterfahrung beim größten Automobilhersteller der Welt, in der Sie die digitale Transformation in der Automobilindustrie aktiv mitgestalten.

    Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle

  • Identifizierung und Evaluierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Bereich Mobilitätslösungen
  • Selbstständige Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von innovativen Projekten, Geschäftsmodellen und Dienstleistungen
  • Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen für Business Cases, Projektplänen, Pitches und Angeboten
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Netzwerken mit relevanten Partnern und Stakeholdern
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Moderation von Workshops

    • Anforderungen an die Qualifikation

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Business Development, idealerweise in der Automobil- oder Mobilitätsbranche
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für digitale Trends und Technologien im Mobilitätssektor
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Bereitschaft zur Verantwortungsübernahme
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strategisches Geschick sowie hohe Eigenmotivation und Selbstständigkeit
