    What you will do

  • Join the Retail leadership team and help steer Emma's European Retail Business
  • Organize and manage our store European Store management structure, showing adaptability to different contexts, in a customer-centric, people-focused and sustainably profitable manner
  • Be strategic, hence anticipate and effectively address future problems in cooperation with the necessary stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance employee development initiatives
  • Take a leading role in the recruitment and development of Retail Country Leads and local store management teams
  • Be a role model for high-performance standards and inspiring leadership
  • Actively share learnings and insights from customers and employees to bolster our decision-making
  • Ensure the establishment of an appropriate and scalable system landscape in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

    • What we are looking for

  • More than 5 years of experience in managing an international Retail organization
  • Strong people skills, including a proven track record in leading teams
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial and fast-scaling organization, incorporating industry best practices and introducing technology to facilitate fast growth
  • Great self-management skills – you are super organized and can manage your tasks independently.
  • Passionate, self-confident and comfortable approaching others in a proactive manner
  • Fluent in English (Other languages are a plus)
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
