    Über Deine neue Position

    Als Marketing Automation Specialist bist du unser Mastermind für Digital Lead Management durch Marketing und Sales Automation. Du bringst unsere Kunden auf ein neues Level durch den Aufbau und die Optimierung von Marketing Automation und CRM Tools.

    Aufgaben


    Deine Rolle in unserem Team

    • Du bist der (technische) "Product Owner" für diverse Automation und CRM Tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Zapier) und im engen Austausch mit Marketing, Sales und Customer Success Management (intern und extern)
    • Du identifizierst neue Trends in der B2B Lead Generierung und Lead Qualifizierung (Marketing Automation) und evaluierst fortlaufend neue Marketing Automation Tools
    • Dabei bist du auch verantwortlich für das Setup von Inbound und Outbound Lead Management Prozessen und Tools bei unseren Kunden
    • Du übernimmst die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von z.B. Scoring-Modellen und Nurturing-Clustern basierend auf abgestimmten Daten und Personas
    • Du planst, erstellst, optimierst und steuerst automatisierte, performance-orientierte Marketing-Kampagnen (Landingpages, Call-to-Actions, Mailings, u.a.)
    • Du entwickelst neue Lösungen für eine intelligente und datengetriebene Kundenansprache und unterstützt dies durch A/B Testings
    • Du stellst die DSGVO-Konformität aller Leadgenerierungs-Maßnahmen sicher

    Qualifikation


    Dein Profil

    • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich (Digital) Marketing oder IT oder mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Position als Marketing Automation Manager*in/Specialist/Consultant mit digitalem Schwerpunkt – idealerweise in einer B2B Umgebung
    • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse von Marketing-Automation und CRM Tools - insb. HubSpot, weitere Tools sind von Vorteil
    • Du teilst unsere Begeisterung für Daten und weißt diese zu verstehen und lebendig zu machen
    • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Inbound Marketing, Performance Marketing und Content Marketing sammeln können
    • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von digitalem Marketing, Sales und KPIs mit Schwerpunkt auf B2B und "Hunger" auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung
    • Du hast eine überdurchschnittliche Lernbereitschaft und insb. die Eigenschaft eigenständig nach Lösungen zu suchen
    • Du hast eine ausgeprägte technologische/digitale Affinität und Spaß daran Tools selbst weiterzuentwickeln
    • Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, arbeitest selbständig und bist ein Teamplayer
    • Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
