    Wir suchen dich als Sales Manager SME (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in München oder Berlin in Vollzeit

    In dieser Position bist du zuständig für Neukundenakquise, Telefonverkauf (im In- und Outbound) der Edenred Produkte, sowie Erreichen der definierten Umsatzziele.

    Welche Aufgaben du übernimmst:

  • Bearbeiten aller eingehenden Anfragen von Interessenten (Unternehmen mit Mitarbeiter) per Telefon, E-Mail, Webseite und Verkauf unserer Produkte über diese Kanäle (Inbound)
  • Telefonische Akquise der Interessenten von Unternehmen in der Range Mitarbeiter (Outbound)
  • Umsetzen von Marketing / Telesales Aktionen
  • Bestandskundenverantwortung (Up/Crosselling/Gap/Attrition watch) bei definierten Kunden
  • Anlage der Stammdaten von Interessenten und Datenpflege der Kundendaten im CRM Systems Salesforce
  • Pipelinemanagement und Erstellung von zuverlässigen Forecasts
  • Ergebnissteuerung durch die eigenen Kennzahlen (z.B. Angebotsrate (offer rate), Konvertierung (Hitrate))

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Outlook und CRM Systemen (Salesforce von Vorteil)
