    Business Process Management Lead (m/f/d)

    • Your role:

    As the Business Process Management Lead (BPM Lead) you are a key figure within Mabanaft, orchestrating all BPM efforts including discovery, documentation, optimization projects and continuous improvement. This role involves guiding the BPM team, consisting of two BPM experts and an external workbench, to embed BPM principles and methodologies across the organisation. You report directly to the Head of Tranformation.

    Your tasks:

  • Strategic Leadership & Coordination: Lead the BPM strategy in line with Mabanaft's objectives, ensuring that BPM activities support business objectives and manage collaboration with external partners to ensure project success
  • BPM Rollout: Lead the establishment and adoption of the BPM organization within Mabanaft, ensuring smooth integration and sustainable value delivery
  • Process Management: Lead the identification, documentation and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, using BPM methodologies to drive innovation and operational excellence
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with key stakeholders across functions to embed BPM practices and mindsets, ensuring alignment and buy-in
  • Training and Development: Facilitate BPM knowledge sharing and skills development among team members and across the organization

    • Required qualifications and experience:

  • Experience: 5 + years of proven experience in leading BPM initiatives within large, complex organisations
  • BPM and Process Management: Strong knowledge of BPM methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma. Demonstrated experience in process automation, with a track record of implementing effective automation solutions to enhance business processes
  • Education: Bachelor or Master's degree (or equivalent) in economical or technical studies

    • Relevant Skills:

  • Communication: Empathetic and holistic leadership skills, strong stakeholder management skills, fluent in German and English
  • Overview: Easy handle of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, good contextual awareness and good strategic thinking skills
  • Hands-On Mentality: Ability to drive change and embed BPM culture in diverse teams
