- Sie verantworten die gesellschaftsrechtlichen Themenstellungen des Konzerns (Entwurf von Gesellschafterbeschlüssen, Satzungen, Gesellschafterverträgen, Geschäftsordnungen, Handelsregisteranmeldung).
- In der beratenden Rolle für den Vorstand, die Geschäftsführung und die Fachabteilungen bringen Sie Ihre Expertise zu allen gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragen (GmbH-Recht, Aktienrecht, Recht der Personenhandelsgesellschaften) ein.
- Sie unterstützen und beraten unseren Group General Counsel, die Bereichsleitungen und Geschäftsleitungen in allen Fragestellungen rund um Corporate Governance (Deutscher Corporate Governance Kodex), Erklärung zur Unternehmensführung, Entsprechenserklärung.
- Kommunikation mit externen Rechtsanwälten im In- und Ausland und deren Steuerung.
- Fachwissen und in der Praxis erworbene Kenntnisse zur Corporate Governance und Kenntnisse im Gesellschaftsrecht.
- Hohe persönliche Integrität, Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und nachvollziehbar aufzubereiten.
- Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft.
