- Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Umsetzung von strategischen Vertriebsprojekten wie z.B. der Entwicklung von innovativen Vertriebsansätzen, Produkteinführungen oder der Identifikation von neuen Märkten.
- Gemeinsam mit der Unternehmens- und Vertriebsleitung entwickelst du Strategien , um Partnerschaften nachhaltig zu stärken und zu initiieren.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb und Marketing identifizierst, gestaltest und begleitest du Vertriebsinitiativen .
- Du analysierst Daten , optimierst unser Sales Reporting und leitest durch deine Analysen Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Bei der Implementierung eines neuen CRM-Systems bist du aktiv beteiligt und moderierst Verständigungsprozesse unter den Stakeholdern.
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Strategieentwicklung und im Business Development , idealerweise in den Bereichen Commercial sowie Sales & Marketing, mit.
- Mit deinem fundierten Know-How im Projektmanagement steuerst und überwachst du Strategieprojekte, entwickelst Geschäftsstrategien und setzt diese erfolgreich um.
- Durch deine analytische Denkweise verstehst du komplexe Sachverhalte schnell und hast durch deine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise die Kundenbedürfnisse immer im Blick.
- Du denkst innovativ und lösungsorientiert, entwickelst Ideen und treibst mit deiner Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke deine Projekte voran.
- In der Durchführung von interaktiven Workshops und Präsentationen bist du routiniert. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
