    Beschreibung

    HR Admin / People Advisory Partner - Frankfurt (Hybrid - 2 days in office) - Banking & Finance - up to £65k base + 10% bonus.

    Annapurna are proud to be working with one of the biggest banks worldwide, assisting in finding a new People Advisory Partner / HR Administrator. This is a 12 month full-time contract, with the possibility of moving into a permanent position.

    What are your responsibilities?


    • Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries from business leadership teams and line managers at the Frankfurt Branch and across other regions in Mainland Europe


    • Supporting the Head of HR and the local HR team in daily operations across various HR functions
    • Collaborating with global HR and stakeholders to implement HR initiatives


    • Acting as the liaison between the local HR team and the HR Operations Team in Germany


    • Assisting in recruitment activities, including contract management and onboarding


    • Providing support in Employee Relations and handling disciplinary matters


    • Documenting processes and seeking continual improvement opportunities

    What qualifications are we seeking?


    • Demonstrated professional experience in a similar client-facing HR role (minimum 1-2 years of experience)


    • Fluency in English (preferred) and German


    • Ability to handle large workloads, execute tasks meticulously, and develop a thorough understanding of HR processes


    • Capability to foster innovation within a complex organizational structure involving multiple stakeholders

    Skills beneficial for the role


    • Proficiency in MS Office applications


    • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on commercial and client satisfaction


    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence individuals at all levels of management
