- Unterstützung der weltweiten Talent Acquisition Experten bei der Identifizierung relevanter Zielgruppen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter und innovativer Konzepte und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen inkl. der Identifizierung von Kanälen zur optimalen Ansprache dieser Gruppen
- Konzeption und Umsetzung globaler Employer Branding Kampagnen und Initiativen sowie Unterstützung und Beratung bei der regionalen oder lokalen Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
- Erstellung globaler Konzepte und Standards im Bereich Talent Aquisition und Onboarding sowie regelmäßige Schulung der Rekruiter weltweit um eine hervorragende Candidate Experience zu erzeugen
- Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Verbesserung unserer Rekrutierungsstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR Reporting zur Überprüfung der Effektivität unserer Maßnahmen und Kanäle
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu relevanten Universitäten und anderen externen Partnern, um Talente zu identifizieren und zu gewinnen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern um eine zum Unternehmen passende Employer Branding Strategie zu entwickeln
- Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fokus auf HR, Marketing, Kommunikation, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Berufliche Erfahrung: Mindestens 3-5 Jahre nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Fachkompetenz: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Employer-Branding- oder Talentakquisitionskonzepten Ausgeprägte Social Media Affinität Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Projekt- und Kampagnenmanagement sowie in der Steuerung von externen Agenturen
- Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Persönlichkeit: Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis Selbständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeits- und Herangehensweise Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen beim Vorantreiben globaler Initiativen Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Gespür für die Kunden / Networking Bewusstsein für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und deren Bedürfnisse
