    Store Operations Generalist (m/f/d) Vollzeit 39h/Woche bis Brand Flagship Store Berlin

    Zweck & Gesamtrelevanz für die Organisation:

    Trägt durch Folgendes dazu bei, die Verkaufszahlen und KPI-Ziele zu erreichen oder zu übertreffen:

    • Arbeitet aktiv im Team, um alle relevanten KPIs im Lagerbereich des Stores zu erreichen oder zu übertreffen
    • Arbeitet und kommuniziert aktiv mit dem gesamten OPS / Lager Team, um optimale operative und sichere Lager Abläufe zu gewährleisten

    Verantwortlichkeiten:

    • Kennt die operativ relevanten Store Ziele sowie individuelle Ziele; nutzt alle zur Verfügung gestellten Resourcen und arbeitet produktiv und respektvoll mit allen Teammitgliedern zusammen, um diese Ziele des Stores zu erreichen oder zu übertreffen
    • Hilft im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich mit, die Erwartungen des Kunden zu erfüllen oder zu übertreffen
    • Achtet auf die Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Verantwortungsbereich.
    • Hält sich an die Regeln und Abläufe (HOR-Regelungen), die für den Store gelten und trägt damit zu einer sicheren Einkaufs- und Arbeitsatmosphäre, bei.
    • Hilft die Verkaufsfläche mit benötigter Ware zu versorgen, um sich zustellen, dass das alle Warenangebote für den Kunden verfügbar sind
    • Minimiert Verluste, indem der aktuelle Warenbestand kontrolliert und gepflegt wird
    • Absolviert alle vorgeschriebenen Trainingsprogramme und wendet diese erfolgreich bei der Arbeit an
    • Signalisiert fortwährende Lernbereitschaft und nutzt alle angebotenen Möglichkeiten, um die eigene Entwicklung voranzutreiben und Performance zu verbessern
    • Click & Collect - Überwacht und überschaut neue Onlinebestellungen, die von Onlinekunden bestellt wurden und im Laden reserviert, gepackt und an den Kunden ausgegeben werden müssen
    • Ship from Store (SFS)– trägt aktiv dazu bei, vorliegende Prozesse / Inhalte und Kennzahlen im SFS zu optimieren oder einzuhalten
    • Pflegt eine aktive und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation zu Vorgesetzten*innen
    • Pflegt und bearbeitet Transferlisten
    • Exaktes Bearbeiten der monatlichen B2DC Transfers
    • Einhalten der Transfer Deadlines
    • Tägliche/Wöchentliches Retouren Management der Kunden Ordern C&C
    • Ordnungsgemäßes Aufbereiten der Ware für die Transfers
    • Bearbeitung der Retoure im Store
    • Arbeitet und lebt aktiv die Adidas Werte – insbesondere durch die Förderung einer diversen und inklusiven Verhaltensweise (DEI)

    • Bei Bedarf Kassiertätigkeiten

    Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten:

    • Kompetenzen eines Retail Professionals
    • Erwartungsheft für RP
    • Grund Kompetenzen im Operations Bereich / Lagerhaltung

    Benötigte Ausbildung und Erfahrung / Mindestanforderung:

    • Mindestens 0-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sport- und/oder Mode-Einzelhandel, Verkaufs und Lagererfahrung
    • Ausbildung zum/r Fachlagerist/in wünschenswert
    • Sichere Rechtschreib- und Rechenkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
    • Gute Deutsch Kenntnisse und gute Englisch Grundkenntnisse
