- Du führst Analysen für unsere Kunden durch, unterstützt Initiativen und bist integraler Teil des Projektteams.
- Du erhältst Einblicke in unterschiedliche Bereiche des Innovations- und Digitalisierungsmanagements – wir arbeiten dabei national und international sowohl für Industriekunden als auch für den öffentlichen Sektor.
- Der Einstieg als Consultant Intern ist ganzjährig möglich. Die Dauer des Praktikums beträgt mindestens acht Wochen. Die Bewerbung sollte idealerweise mindestens zwei Monate vor dem gewünschten Starttermin erfolgen.
- Bewerber:innen für eine Stelle als Consultant Intern sollten sich im Bachelor-, Master- oder MBA/Ph.D.-Studium befinden.
- Du verfügst über hervorragende akademische Leistungen und analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im Innovationsmanagement und konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen sammeln.
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um mit sehr unterschiedlichen Interessengruppen und Kulturen zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Du hast ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sprichst fließend Deutsch. Darüber hinaus erwarten wir exzellente Englischkenntnisse.
