    Senior Brand Manager, Cardiovascular (m/f/d) - CAMZYOS

    Summary:

    Under the direction of the Marketing Director CV, the Senior Brand Manager, Cardiovascular (m/f/d) is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of marketing programs in CV for the Brand Camzyos . The incumbent actively drives the development of brand plans, respective product strategies and tactical implementation plans. Naturally, the Senior Brand Manager builds and maintains close relationships with internal stakeholders, the Alliance Partner, external vendors, and opinion leaders in the market. In addition, she/he is a trusted point of contact for the CV field force.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategy and tactics according to local market requirements and resources and in close collaboration with the Global brand team
    • Ensure effective roll-out of marketing campaigns incl. presenting to the field force team at meetings & training sessions
    • Constantly seeking feedback, inspiring and equipping the sales force to enable maximization of the brand potential
    • Generate insights from external market data / intelligence with strong external focus and incorporate findings into strategy, implementation and daily work
    • Optimize customer experience & drive customer engagement mix to include both F2F and remote/ digital channels; create, implement and continuously refine an omnichannel customer experience
    • Close and trustful collaboration with the cross-functional internal team, the Alliance partner, with the global brand team, vendors, external stakeholders and thought leaders
    • Manage marketing budget closely to ensure expenditure is aligned with the financial & brand planning
    • Onboarding, Management and Coaching if applicable

    Skills/Knowledge Required:

    • University degree or equivalent required
    • Profound professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
    • Experience in CV preferred
    • Experience with omnichannel marketing, marketing automation and remote customer engagement preferred
    • Experience with performance marketing preferred; capability and willingness for data driven decision making and strategy & execution adaption
    • Customer focus, strong business acumen, strategic thinking and open mind
    • Ability to work with all levels of personnel and establish positive working relationships
    • Highly energetic, self-reliant, able to successfully drive performance and deliver results with various parties in a timely and efficient manner
    • Project management capabilities
    • Fluency in English and German, both oral and written communications
    • Strong identification with the company's values

    Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two-week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs.
