    IOM Advisory ist eine strategische Transaktionsberatung, die mittelständische Unternehmer, Manager und Founder in allen Corporate Finance Fragen berät.     Als schnell wachsendes Unternehmen suchen wir zum weiteren Ausbau unseres dynamischen Teams in Düsseldorf Verstärkung auf Visiting Associate-Level (Vollzeit, m/w/d):

    Aufgaben

    • Mitarbeit in M&A- und Fundraising- Projekten
    • Vorbereitung und Organisation von Kundenterminen und Workshops sowie deren Dokumentation
    • Evaluation von Geschäftsmodellen, Unternehmen und anderen komplexen Fragestellungen in diversen Sektoren.
    • Entwicklung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Branchentrends und Implikationen für die handelnden Akteure
    • Erstellung & Validierung von Businessplänen sowie Anwendung von Bewertungsverfahren
    • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Transaktionsdokumenten, wie z.B. Longlists/Shortlists, Management-Präsentationen, Informationsmemoranden, NDAs etc.

    Qualifikation

    • Fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesens oder verwandter Gebiete mit überdurchschnittlichen Noten, ggf. erste Berufs- oder Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Finance oder M&A, z.B. bei Investmentbanken, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften, Finanzinvestoren oder Unternehmensberatungen
    • Vertrautheit mit Kernindikatoren der Finanzanalyse sowie mit den Grundzügen nationaler bzw. internationaler Rechnungslegung
    • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
    • Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
    • Gewissenhafte, engagierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
    • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz (hands-on-attitude) und Kreativität in der Herangehensweise
    • Starke Affinität zu digitalen Themen und routinierter Umgang mit IT (MS Office, etc.)
    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
