- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem 20-köpfigen Team, bestehend aus eigenen Reinigungskräften und Hausmeister*innen, sorgen Sie für ein sauberes Außenbild an unseren Standorten in Winnenden und Schwaikheim.
- Sie sind für die Zuteilung und Koordination der anfallenden Aufgaben verantwortlich und übernehmen die Steuerung diverser Fremddienstleister*innen aus den verschiedensten Bereichen des Gebäudemanagements.
- Als Fachexpert*in der Gebäudereinigung koordinieren Sie den Einsatz unseres Maschinenparks und bilden Ihr Team in der Behandlung verschiedener Oberflächen aus.
- Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die strategische Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Plans zur Erweiterung unseres Serviceportfolios an unseren deutschen Standorten verantwortlich.
- Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und eine Affinität für Reinigung und technische Produkte.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und erste Führungserfahrung in der Gebäudereinigung oder im infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagement, idealerweise in der Industrie, Hotellerie o.Ä.
- Sie kennen sich gut mit folgenden Themen aus: Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit, Absturzsicherung, Führen von Flurförderzeugen, Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen wie Lacken, Akkus etc.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Programmen wie Google Workspace oder MS Office.
- Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Wochenendarbeit.
