    Purpose of the job:

    The Site Quality Director is in charge to support the Cluster Organization and the Cluster Head for the Quality Excellence Program of all the Alstom activities within the cluster RSC.

    Reports directly to Region Quality Director

    Accountabilities & Authorities:

    Quality Action Plan:

    • Develop Quality Culture & Right First Time Approach.
    • Ensure consistency of QCD objectives and the contractual/regulatory obligations applicable to the projects.
    • Drives continuous improvement plans to analyze and reduce the CONQ, NCR, Safety issues and Demerit
    • Quality embedded in operations:
    • Deploy Quality Policy within the management committee of the Country,
    • Ensure Quality and Safety assessment in the products & services delivered to the customers
    • Increase Customer satisfaction through periodic meetings, Customers Surveys, product delivery controls,
    • Manage and escalate Top issues impacting safety and customer.
    • Quality Resources Management:
    • Lead, Manage and develop Quality teams and managers within the country.
    • Develop the Quality Teams & competences, using quality school, expertise, and APSYS assessments.
    • Deploy tools and indicators, and contribute to their improvement
    • QMS and Process management:
    • Evaluate by Internal Audits the quality performance in each process.
    • Ensure the right update about the Quality (QMS) Reference documents, using REX process.
    • Obtain certifications (ex: IRIS, ISO, CMMI) according the strategy of the company
    • Master Degree in Quality or Engineering Desirable: § Quality professional background
    • Experience

    Mandatory:

    • 10 years of experience Quality, project and operation Desirable: § Strong management experience of large team
    • Competencies & Skills-(technical & behavioral)
    • Fluent English & International mindset
    • Leadership, communication, internal and external influencing skills, remote management, negotiation, strategic vision, Project management, customer relationship
    • Ability to deal with complex matrix organistion and multiple interfaces
