- Planen, Durchführen und Überwachen von Prozessversuchen in Labor, Pilotanlagen oder Fabriken
- Skalierung des Produktionsprozesses durch Anlagenversuche entsprechend den Änderungen bei den Rohstoffen oder Komponenten und den Prozessparametern, zur Sicherstellung der Qualität während der Großserienproduktion
- Verbesserung der Ausbeute durch Kostenreduzierung, z. B. durch die Untersuchung alternativer Materialien gemäß den Mustervorgaben oder neuer Maschinen zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Qualität in Engpassbereichen
- Entwicklung von Testmethoden zur Bewertung des Produktionsprozesses
- Validierung neuer Prozesse und Nachweis, dass sie eine Verbesserung darstellen
- Zusammenarbeit mit R&D bei Entwicklungsprojekten in verschiedenen Entwicklungsstadien (Bewertung von Rohstoffen und Technologien)
- Lesen und Verfassen von technischen Berichten und Spezifikationen, Führen von entsprechenden Aufzeichnungen
- Entwicklung von Prozessspezifikationen und Gewährleistung der Übereinstimmung mit den Spezifikationen des Endprodukts
- Beratung bei der Änderung von Anlagen, um Prozessänderungen für die Entwicklung neuer Produkte zu ermöglichen
- Abgeschlossenes natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung oder im Bereich Technik sowie in der Hygiene-, Vliesstoff- oder verwandten Branche
- Gute Fachkenntnisse über alle Arten von absorbierenden Einwegartikeln, Rohstoffen und Produktionsverfahren
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem internationalen, multi-kulturellen Umfeld
- Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Denk- und Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
