Your tasks:


  • Management of thirdparty funds from various public (e.g. DFG, BMBF, etc.) or private donors for the Psychological Institute
  • Timely and readytosign preparation of the interim reports on the use of funds
  • Advising the project management and Communication with the thirdparty funders
  • Management of thirdparty funding accounts, accounting, execution and control of bookings
  • Procurement management for externally funded material resources
  • Preparation of statistics and graphical data processing (documentation and evaluation)
  • General secretarial tasks (file management, incoming and outgoing mail, material orders)

Your profile:

- a completed commercial education is desirable

  • Thorough knowledge of the budgetary regulations 71 a onwards LHO and the management regulations of the university and third party funders.
  • Very good knowledge in the field of commercial accounting (calloff of approved funding from thirdparty donors) in the budgetary law of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, in the field of project management and personnel costing
- good knowledge of creating and maintaining websites (OpenText, WordPress, HTML)
- very good knowledge of communication and consulting techniques
- basic knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law

  • Familiarity with all secretarial tasks, proficient use of modern word processing systems (MS Office packages: Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet research and willingness to work in MACH.
