- Sicherstellung der Versorgung unserer Kunden
- Prüfung von Bestellungen auf Plausibilität und Abweichungen
- Übernahme der werksinternen Kommunikation bei Planabweichungen
- Organisation des Warenversands und Erstellung dazugehöriger Reportings
- Erstellung und Auswertung von Verladeplänen, Stock- und Transportberichten
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der Export-, Import- und Zollbestimmungen des jeweiligen Empfangslandes inkl. der Erstellung von Exportdokumenten und Handelsrechnungen
- Kundenkontakt bei Problemen und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Überwachung der Lagerbestände
- Teilnahme und Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich Logistik
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (idealerweise im Bereich Spedition/Logistik)
- Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und ggf. SAP
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Sorgfalt und Teamgeist
