- Analyse und Bewertung neuer Techniken (z.B. im Bereich Computer Vision, NLP/NLU)
- Durchführung von Data Science Experimenten und Rapid Prototyping
- Evaluierung von KI-Modellen und -Systemen durch Customizing und Training/Finetuning
- Erstellung von KI-basierten Services
- Durchführung kleinerer Softwareentwicklungsprojekte zur Integration von KI-Services
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Informatik, Data Science oder Mathematik
- Mindestens 6 Jahre fachbezogene Berufserfahrung, insbesondere mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich NLP und Computer Vision
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in DataScience, DataEngineering und ML/DevOps
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Frameworks Pytorch, Tensorflow oder vergleichbar sowie gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python und modernen Webstacks
- Expertise in gängigen DeepLearning Architekturen wie CNN, LSTM, Transformer usw.
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Cloud-Plattformen und serverlosen Architekturen
- Fähigkeit, wissenschaftliche Forschung im Bereich Data Science zu verstehen und anzuwenden
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Teamarbeit und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
- Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Ergebnisorientierung, Entscheidungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Frustrationstoleranz bei der Arbeit mit Technologien im Alpha- und Beta-Stadium
- Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um technische Konzepte und Ergebnisse überzeugend zu präsentieren
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich
