Founded in 2021, the company runs a trailblazing marketplace that redefines one of the largest supply chains on earth. The company's mission is to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by providing global access to high-quality products through their innovative platform. Since the launch in January 2022, the firm has operated discreetly with no public profile or media coverage while it has successfully served hundreds of companies. Serving both major industry players and mid-sized companies, the company utilizes a cutting-edge technology platform that is growing ultra fast. Having secured substantial capital from top-tier VC's, Unicorn and Decacorn founders, and industry experts through various funding rounds, the company is well-funded and is extending its team. The company counts c.40 FTE's located across Germany, China, France, UK, India, Portugal and Turkey with its HQ in Berlin/Germany.

They are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join the team as Founder Associate. As a key member of the team, they are looking for a dynamic individual who can adapt to rapidly changing situations, take initiative, and contribute to the growth and success of the startup.

Tasks

Business Development: Identify and explore potential partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities for the company. You will initiate and take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively.
Go-to-market Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry. Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including project management, team coordination, and resource allocation.
Team Building: Play a role in building and nurturing a high-performing team by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Cross functions: Act as a liaison between different teams (Growth, Operations, Procurement) ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. Be a sparring partner for the Leadership team for strategic and operational decisions and projects

Requirements

You possess a Bachelor's degree or Master ́s degree in Business or a related field
You bring first experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital or a high-growth startup
You are interested in and passionate about growth startup and to change a traditional industry together with an international team
You have strong analytical and communication skills
You possess Hands-on mentality - only the implementation satisfies you
You demonstrate ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors, and take the initiative to get involved
