- Collect and compile customer audit data to produce timely and accurate reconciliations,
- Execute 1st level audit support of all group audit customer queries by phone & email, ensuring close support to resolve audit disputes and to identify discrepancies and solutions (supply reports/ information from ERP / CRM systems),
- Deep dive analysis of root causes to support loss avoidances, identification and tracking of reasonable actions, including support/ development of improvement initiatives & projects,
- Negotiate losses with customers,
- Work closely with all interfaces between customers and internal stakeholders, especially Key Account Management,
- Run ERP reports and analyse results and present rationale for under and over performance, trends and discrepancies,
- Maintain Service relevant data in CRM system. Monitor own completion of workload and meet objectives.
- Accounting apprenticeship,
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a numeric and/or customer service environment,
- CRM and ERP working experience,
- Strong Service orientation,
- Excellent customer orientated communication skills,
- Excellent analytical skills (Microsoft Excel),
- Presentation & negotiation skills,
- Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture,
- Good understanding of Customer Experience, Customer Solutions and keen to create customer loyalty,
- Languages: fluent English and German are a must, any other European language is a nice to have.
