    Neuffer Fenster + Türen GmbH est une société e-commerce pionnière dans la vente de fenêtres et portes sur mesure en Europe. Nous vendons avec succès des menuiseries de qualité via nos boutiques en ligne. En raison de cette popularité toujours croissante, nous cherchons actuellement à agrandir l'équipe du service clientèle de notre boutique en ligne française et belge (fenetre24). En tant que Customer Care Manager France (h/f), vous aurez pour rôle d'assurer le support téléphonique et écrit du site internet, ainsi que de superviser le bon déroulement des commandes.

    Vos missions


    Traitement des demandes téléphoniques et des e-mails de nos clients et personnes intéressées par l'achat de produits sur notre site :

    • Fournir un accueil téléphonique et écrit de qualité en apportant des réponses efficaces et précises dans un délai maîtrisé
    • Savoir familiariser le client avec l'utilisation de nos configurateurs en ligne
    • Être en mesure de rediriger le client vers des produits conformes à ses attentes
    • Pouvoir anticiper ses besoins en fonction de sa situation

    Gestion des commandes passées sur le site :

    • Contrôler les aspects techniques et esthétiques des produits
    • Envoyer la commande, puis la valider auprès de la production
    • Clôturer, effectuer des facturations, établir des rapports mensuels
    • Traiter les réclamations et SAV éventuels

    Gestion de la logistique :

    • Établir un suivi de livraison auprès du client
    • Informer le partenaire logistique de l'arrivage de nouvelles menuiseries à quai
    • Renseigner le partenaire logistique au sujet d'éventuelles modifications dans le planning

    Veille stratégique dans le domaine des fenêtres et portes

    Vos compétences


    Compétences requises :

    • Vous disposez d'une expérience dans le secteur des portes et des fenêtres
    • Le français est votre langue maternelle et vous possédez un niveau avancé en anglais ou en allemand (parlé et écrit)
    • Vous êtes orienté(e) satisfaction client : vous êtes à l'écoute, positif(ve) et avez un excellent sens du relationnel
    • Vous savez mener un entretien téléphonique : vous faites preuve de patience et de maîtrise dans les situations délicates. Votre rigueur et votre diplomatie seront vos meilleurs atouts pour réussir
    • Vous êtes proactif (ve)
    • Vous êtes apprécié(e) pour votre esprit d'équipe et votre dynamisme. Vous avez le sens des responsabilités, de l'organisation et savez vous investir à la hauteur de vos ambitions
    • De solide qualités rédactionnelles : orthographe irréprochable, style adéquat
    • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office et êtes familiarisé (e) avec l'utilisation d'outils CRM (Zendesk, Jira...)

    Sont un plus :

    • Une formation technique dans les fenêtres et portes
    • La maîtrise d'un logiciel de CAO
    • La maîtrise d'une langue additionnelle
    • Une précédente expérience professionnelle dans un service clientèle/centre d'appels ou bien dans la réception d'appels entrants d'une entreprise
