- Du arbeitest mit der exklusiven Zielgruppe der Institutionellen Kunden und unterstützt die Sales Manager Institutional bei Ihrer Vertriebsarbeit.
- Du bist für die Durchführung des Know-your-Customer Prozesses sowie der compliance-relevanten Prozesse unserer Investoren verantwortlich.
- Du konzipierst übergreifende Marketing- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen und erstellst Vertriebspräsentationen.
- Du planst und organisierst Veranstaltungen, Messen sowie Gesellschafterversammlungen und wirkst bei deren Umsetzung mit.
- Du arbeitest an internen sowie externen Projekten mit dem Ziel der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Umsetzung von vertriebsorientierten Geschäftsprozessen.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für komplexe Anfragen und Beschwerden.
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit der Fachrichtung BWL oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Du kannst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb, Investorenbetreuung oder Marketing vorweisen.
- Tiefergehende Kenntnisse zu compliance-relevanten Prozessen, insbesondere auf die Verwaltung von Investorendaten sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bringst umfassende Kenntnisse von Planungs- und Controllinginstrumenten im Vertrieb, Marketing-Mix sowie im Projektmanagement mit.
- Dich zeichnet deine sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytischen Denkweise aus.
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Initiative und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie deine Entscheidungsfähigkeit zeichnen Dich ebenfalls aus.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung und sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
