    Beschreibung

    Description of the role

    • Strong focus on business operations & controlling inside the broader topic of financial planning & analysis (FP&A) combining the operational & financial side of company.
    • Strong connection with the leadership team of the company and involvement in daily steering and analysis of the DIGITALL Group according to the Strategy.
    • Strong connection & collaboration with investors (P&E) on topics like cash flow, performance of the group including detailed business reviews and ad-hoc requirements.
    • Main responsibilities of the department
    • Group-wide budgeting and annual planning
    • Forecasting profit and loss (P&L) and cash flow
    • Collaborating closely with business units on operations and control
    • Working in tandem with the C-Level executives for group-wide management and control.
    • Assistance in investor relations and involvement in board and investor meetings
    • Focus of role
    • Close support & collaboration with the FP&A management on all the responsibilities including a transparent and open communication inside the team
    • Conduct performance and profitability analyses, developing actionable recommendations and scenarios
    • Relevant assistance in planning and monitoring the annual budget, including the preparation of detailed budget reports & analysis
    • Support in preparing and assisting sub-areas within forecasting and reporting processes
    • Prepare and assist in cash flow and liquidity analyses
    • Point of contact for the advancement of reporting systems and the maintenance of financial databases and systems
    • Serve as a robust sparring partner for internal departments, collaborating closely with Leadership Managers
    • Independently execute special projects in business controlling

    Needed qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in economics, with a focus on controlling & accounting
    • About 2-3 years of controlling experience, preferably in an IT consulting environment
    • Strong numerical affinity and analytical thinking, coupled with a solution-oriented and structured approach
    • Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to learn independently and tackle complex topics
    • Team player with commitment and high degree of integrity
    • Preferably knowledge & experience in business modeling
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced proficiency in MS Excel
    • Fluent in English and German
