- Sowohl schriftliche als auch telefonische Kundenberatung während der gesamten User Journey zu allen Anwendungsfragen, Kundenwünschen und Bugs sowie eine individuelle Lösungsfindung
- Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Produktmanagement zur Anpassung unserer Anwendungen an die jeweiligen Kundenbedürfnisse
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung individueller Online-Schulungen
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Self-Service-Angebote wie Video-Tutorials oder Online-Hilfen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung von Vorteil, aber auch Quereinstieg möglich
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalmanagement insbesondere der Personalplanung oder Lohnabrechnung wünschenswert
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowohl schriftlich per Mail, als auch persönlich am Telefon
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Kundenorientierung
- Praxistaugliche Lösungsfindung auch bei komplexen Problemstellungen und Hands-On-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse vorausgesetzt und gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
