Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for strategic planning and development of market management and operations department, including defining goals and metrics to measure performance.
  • You develop and implement market strategies to drive sales growth and optimize market operations.
  • You are in charge of shaping and implementing our market management strategy to increase revenue and profitability.
  • You develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as markets, partners, and customers.
  • You collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and finance to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • You oversee daytoday sales operations, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency together with your team.
  • You develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • You manage and develop a team of market professionals to drive results and improve efficiency.
  • You are part of the sales leadership team reporting to the COO to ensure the overall success of the sales department.

What you bring along

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, economics or a comparable degree and at least 6 years experience in automotive industry or sales operations
  • You have proven ability to manage a team of market sales professionals and achieve sales targets.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, sales operations and sales performance optimization
  • You have high affinity and understanding for ecommerce, digitalization and the online customer experience
  • You are experienced with market research and analysis tools such as JATO/IHS or similar market research platforms
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work crossdepartmental in an dynamic environment
  • You are able to be visionary and think strategically anticipate market developments, innovations as well as challenges, identify business opportunities
  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • You are fluent in English. Any other European language is a plus as well as (professional or intercultural) experiences with Asia / (e.g. China).
