    Deine Must Have's:

  • Eingeschriebener Student:in der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -psychologie o.ä.
  • Organisationstalent, hohe Serviceorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an der Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen und Kolleg:innen
  • Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

    • Deine To Do's:

  • Support beim End-to-End Recruiting für die Einstellung unserer High-Volume Kolleg:innen sowie Azubis und Werkstudent:innen
  • Führen von ersten Screenings und Begleiten von Bewerbungsgesprächen
  • Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen und Schaltung dieser auf verschiedenen Kanälen
  • Identifizierung von neuen Plattformen und Wegen, um zu rekrutieren
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung zur Erstellung von neuen Arbeitsverträgen
  • Support bei unseren Employer Branding Aktivitäten
