    Beschreibung

    Die Aufgabe:

    • Zeitgerechte und ordnungsgemäße Durchführung aller Transaktionen, die die Gebiete Umsatzsteuer und Ertragsteuern sowie die Dokumentation der Verrechnungspreise und die Steuerprüfungen betreffen
    • Verantwortliches Prüfen aller neuen Umsatzsteuerfälle, in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit ausländischen Steuerberatern, zur Gewährleistung der korrekten umsatzsteuerlichen Handhabung in den betroffenen Ländern
    • Sicherstellen der pünktlichen Abgabe der Umsatzsteuererklärungen in allen Ländern mit umsatzsteuerlicher Registrierung, ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Steuerberatern
    • Gewährleisten der zeitnahen Aktualisierungen im automatisierten Umsatzsteuersystems (Oracle EB Tax)
    • Sicherstellen der pünktlichen Abgabe der Ertragssteuererklärungen in allen Ländern mit ertragsteuerlicher Registrierung, ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Steuerberatern
    • Verantwortliches Erstellen und Pflegen einer Verrechnungspreisdokumentation nach deutschem und länderspezifischem Recht in Zusammenarbeit mit Verrechnungspreisspezialisten, die jährlich zu aktualisieren ist. Verantwortlich für die Erstellung zusätzlicher lokaler Verrechnungspreisdokumentationen in Ländern mit ertragsteuerlicher Registrierung, falls nach Ländergesetz erforderlich
    • Verantwortlicher Hauptansprechpartner für die Begleitung sämtlicher Umsatzsteuer- und Betriebsprüfungen
    • Steuerung externer Dienstleister im Bereich Umsatz-, Ertragssteuern und Verrechnungspreise
    • Durchführen der zugeordneten JSOX-Kontrollen

    Die Voraussetzungen:

    • Ausbildung als Steuerberater, Diplom-Finanzwirt, Rechtsanwalt, MBA oder ähnlicher Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt Steuern/ Umsatzsteuer
    • Mindestens fünfjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, bevorzugt in einer der 'BIG 4'
    • Kontakt zu einem Netzwerk international tätiger Steuerberater, bevorzugt in einer der 'BIG 4'
    • Englisch in Wort und Schrift, verhandlungssicher
    • Sichere Handhabung von Microsoft Excel, Word und PowerPoint

    Die Stelle ist auf 2 Jahre befristet, allerdings mit der Option auf eine unbefristete Übernahme.
