- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Revenue Management und Pricing Strategien zur Maximierung der Hotelprofitabilität
- Permanente Analyse des Buchungserfolgs
- Kontrolle und Überwachung der Buchbarkeit für die Maßnahmen/Aktionen sowie Durchführung einer Erfolgskontrolle der umgesetzten Maßnahmen und Herleitung von Erkenntnissen
- Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen Fachabteilungen, dem Clubmanagement und externen Partnern
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Systeme und Abteilungsprozesse
- Mitarbeit in Projekten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie / abgeschlossenes Studium für Hotel- und Tourismusmanagement
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Revenue Management, idealerweise in der Hotellerie
- Sichere Anwendung von gängiger Hotelsoftware (PMS, RMS, CRS)
- analytische, strategische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ergebnisorientiertes Mindset mit klarem Fokus auf der Erreichung von Umsatzzielen
- Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Daten zu interpretieren
- Ausgeprägte verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
