- Auf dieser Position hast du zwei Rollen: Als Squad Manager agierst du innerhalb des Squads zwischen mehreren IT-Produkten, stimmst die Roadmap ab, steuerst die Kapazitätsplanung, koordinierst und vermittelst zwischen mehreren Product Ownern.
- Gleichzeitig steuerst du als Product Owner ein interdisziplinäres, agiles Team und setzt digitale Lösungen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Planning Prozesse (Demand, Supply Chain & Production) um.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern führst du die Anforderungsanalysen (Requirements Engineering) durch und entscheidest, welche Stellschrauben im Planungs- und Produktionsprozess gedreht werden können.
- Du priorisiert das übergreifende Product Backlog, planst den Ressourcenbedarf für die Umsetzung im Team und steuerst die Anbindung an bestehende IT-Systeme (z.B. SAP R3/S4, SAP APO)
- Du triffst Entscheidungen über die Implementierung von Softwarelösungen unter Berücksichtigung der IT-Governance zur Abbildung von End-to-End-Prozessen und steuerst die Anbindung an bestehende IT-Systeme.
- Dabei koordinierst du die Go-Live- und Rollout-Phasen und verantwortest den zukünftigen IT-Betrieb von Kinaxis Rapid Response sowie den Sundown des Systems SAP APO.
- Nicht zuletzt nutzt du in deiner Rolle ein breites Set an agilen Methoden und Tools und förderst das digitale Mindset im Team.
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches/technisches Studium (z.B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder BWL) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Planung, Konzeption, Umsetzung und Leitung von (IT-)Projekten. Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen Dienstleister*innen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Kinaxis Rapid Response und Prozessen des Supply Chain Planning.
- Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP R3/S4, APO und PP) sowie der Schnittstellenarchitektur zu SAP MM und SD.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von verschiedenen agilen und klassischen IT-Methoden (Wasserfall, SCRUM, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc.).
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein souveränes Auftreten.
- Offene und zielorientierte Kommunikation, analytisches und wirtschaftliches Denken, Innovationsgeist, Prozessaffinität sowie eine hohe Lösungsorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab.
