    Beschreibung

    Digitale Geschäftsmodelle erfordern eine leistungsfähige IT. Große Unternehmen wie Porsche Informatik, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Henkel, BASF und T-Systems setzen auf amasol wenn es darum geht, die Leistung ihrer IT-Dienste zu messen, zu optimieren und zu agilisieren. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf dem Aufbau und Betrieb von IT-Monitoring- und Management-Lösungen für klassische IT-Infrastrukturen bis hin zu nativen Cloud-Applikationen.

    Unser Customer Success Center (CSC) betreut unsere Kunden nach der Implementierungsphase einer Monitoring-Lösung und stellt sicher, dass alles optimal funktioniert. Hier arbeitet ein Team aus leidenschaftlichen IT-lern, die Spaß daran haben, sich mit neuen Technologien zu beschäftigen – je nach Persönlichkeit mehr als Spezialist oder Generalist.

    Aufgaben

    • Gründliche Einarbeitung in Application Performance Monitoring-Lösungen
    • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer amasol Managed Cloud, in der wir unseren Kunden Lösungen wie Dynatrace, Splunk oder Automai "as a Service" anbieten
    • Mitarbeit beim Betrieb der Car IT Monitoring Cloud eines großen Kunden mit Dynatrace und Grafana
    • System-Diagnostik und Lösungsentwicklung
    • Skripting von Schnittstellen und Automatisierungen

    Qualifikation

    • IT-Ausbildung, Informatikstudium oder praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb oder in der Serveradministration
    • Erfahrung mit der Fehleranalyse von Anwendungen auf diversen Betriebssystemen
    • Skripting-Erfahrung
    • Breites Interesse an neuen Technologien
    • Deutsch: fließend, Englisch: gut (für interne Kommunikation)
