- Buchhaltung und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen von in- und ausländischen Immobiliengesellschaften
- Begleitung von nationalen und internationalen Immobilientransaktionen
- Überleitung von HGB, IFRS oder lokaler Rechnungslegung zur investmentrechtlichen Vermögensaufstellung sowie Abbildung von Geschäftsvorfällen nach KAGB
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Ad hoc Analysen
- Stammdatenverwaltung, inländischer und internationaler Zahlungsverkehr, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Projektmitarbeit
- Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, gern mit Schwerpunkt Steuern, Rechnungslegung oder Gesellschaftsrecht
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Berufserfahrung oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office – erste SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
