- Interne und externe Vermarktung unserer Weiterbildungsangebote im Sinne eines Profit Centers (Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für die Logistik Lernzentrum GmbH
- Globale Verantwortlichkeit für all unsere Angebote im Bereich der Aus- und Fortbildung
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Ausbildungsbereiches
- Professionelle Begleitung von Change Projekten
- Gewährleistung einer professionellen Abwicklung von Veranstaltungen und Trainings innerhalb und außerhalb unseres Logistik Lernzentrums
- Unterstützung bei Strategie-, Veränderungs-, und Umsetzungsprojekten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise mit dem Studienschwerpunkt Personalmanagement, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Personalentwicklungs-Instrumenten, bei der Durchführung von Trainings für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und Gruppengrößen und bei der Einführung neuer Lernformate
- Eine Ausbildung als Trainer, Coach oder Organisationsentwickler ist wünschenswert aber keine Voraussetzung
- Erfahrungen im Change Management sind von Vorteil
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Gesprächspartnern sowie eine hervorragende Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohes Maß an Zielorientierung, Eigenverantwortung und Initiative
