    Why we need you
    Are you a natural networker with a knack for connecting with top talent? Do you feel comfortable navigating through hiring processes and engaging with candidates at every stage? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Talent Sourcer. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates to help build our exceptional teams. You'll leverage your networking skills to establish connections, spark conversations, and attract top talent to our organization while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates. Work on projects such as employer branding, referral program and talent analytics and insights.

    You will work next to our Talent Acquisition Partner, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

    What you'll bring
  • 1-2 years experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in HR department-related fields
  • Passion for people & outstanding communication skills
  • Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
  • Preferable familiarity with sourcing tools and HR systems (we use Personio)
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (German or French is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Your first-year achievements
  • Successfully build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates for key positions
  • Provide an increased number of sourced hirers
  • Excel in lead generation by leveraging in-depth knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other (online) channels specific to various industries and roles
  • Actively participate in the hiring process, from initial candidate outreach to offer acceptance
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
  • Implement data-driven approaches to track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness, optimizing sourcing strategies accordingly
  • Establish strong relationships with the team, hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of the recruitment process through feedback and suggestions
  • Help to promote our employer brand online and offline
