- Du unterstützt unser Dokumentationsteam bei der Erstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation unserer Justiz-Software e2A.
- Hierzu formulierst du verständliche Texte und ergänzt diese mit Screenshots. Die dazu notwendigen Voraussetzungen stellst du in der Software selbstständig nach.
- Zur Erstellung oder Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen tauschst du dich mit anderen Teams (Entwicklung, Support und Projektleitung) aus.
- Du gestaltest Veränderungen aktiv mit und bist bereit, dein Wissen im eigenen Fachbereich ständig zu erweitern.
- Nach deiner Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder auch als Quereinsteiger*in mit technischem Hintergrund hast du erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Dokumentation von Software gesammelt.
- Du schreibst gerne und kennst dich sehr gut mit Word aus.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, termingerecht und legst Wert auf eine einheitliche Terminologie und Gestaltung.
- Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache. Dass du fit in Rechtschreibung und Grammatik bist, versteht sich von selbst.
