    Ihre Aufgaben - was erwartet Sie als IT Program Manager (w/m/d):

    • Sie leiten das Program Management Office für das Siegwerk-Digitalisierungsprogramm und koordinieren Vorstand, Projektmanager und Stakeholder bei mehreren großen Projekten entlang der gesamten Siegwerk-Wertschöpfungskette. Sie tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, den Fortschritt und die Ergebnisse des Programms zu sichern, neue Projekte zu konzipieren und aufzusetzen.
    • Als Projektleiter treiben Sie Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen voran, vor allem in der Anfangsphase von Projekten, um diese zur Umsetzungsreife zu bringen.
    • Sie konzipieren und leiten strategisch wichtige IT-Projekte, die ein breites Spektrum an Themen abdecken, darunter Digitalisierungsprogramme, Industrie 4.0 und IT-Governance-Initiativen.
    • Sie definieren und verbessern kontinuierlich die Werkzeuge, Methoden und Prozesse des Projektmanagements in der Siegwerk IT. Sie tragen zur Identifizierung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen der IT-Governance- und Managementprozesse bei.
    • Sie arbeiten mit IT- und Business-Führungskräften (inkl. Vorstand) zusammen, um die IT-Wertschöpfung voranzutreiben und die Zukunft der IT bei Siegwerk zu gestalten.

    Ihr Profil - was bringen Sie als IT Program Manager (w/m/d) mit:

    • Sie haben Ihr Bachelor- und vorzugsweise ein Masterstudium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
    • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Management von IT Projekten und Programmen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Stakeholdern. Erfahrungen in der IT-Beratung sind von Vorteil.
    • Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einem internationalen, multikulturellen Umfeld.
    • Sie sind bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Themen selbstständig voranzutreiben.
    • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. Sie sind in der Lage, zielgruppenorientiert zu präsentieren und zu moderieren, auch auf Führungsebene.
    • Sie sind bereit, gelegentlich zu reisen (Hauptsitz in Siegburg).
