- Manage the quality of IT services provided for sites, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
- Plan, forecast, and coordinate site set up, changes, moves and decommissioning of IT infrastructure
- Participate in the global IT Demand Management process, assigning site requirements to corporate IT delivery and managing service requests
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery and operational support at Exyte construction sites
- Gather IT technical set up requirements for sites and consult with businesses to document their needs in collaboration with IT Demand Managers
- Forecast and plan IT installation timelines and resource requirements.
- Manage the overall quality of the installation and address any issues that arise
- Maintain regular communication with both business and IT delivery units, including external parties
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT project management or coordination, preferably in a construction or similar industry
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure set-up, deployment processes and service delivery standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in IT service management tools and methodologies (e.g.ITIL)
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to address challenges
- Willingness to travel (required for site support within Germany, up to an average of 80%)
- Proficiency in German, English language skills preferred
