- Planung und Steuerung des Änderungsmanagements sowie serienbegleitender Aufgabenpakete im Hinblick auf Finanz-, Termin- und Qualitätsziele,
- Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Projektorganisation sowie Erstellung und Nachverfolgung des Projektplans und Einhaltung aller Automotive-Standards,
- Führung und Koordination sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Kommunikationsflusses zwischen den interdisziplinären Teammitgliedern (Qualitätsmanagement, Entwicklungsabteilung, Lieferantenmanagement, Key-Accounting und Produktionswerk),
- Dokumentation und Steuerung der Projekttätigkeiten im Projektmanagement-Tool,
- Durchführung von Risikobewertungen sowie Kontrolle und Steuerung der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen,
- Eigenständige Kommunikation mit unserem Kunden.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Technologiemanagement oder vergleichbare Ausbildung,
- Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager wünschenswert (bestenfalls im Automotive Umfeld),
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse,
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse,
- Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit,
- Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden,
- Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland.
