- Erstellung, Erhalt und Prüfung von Requirement Baselines
- Unterstützung bei systemübergreifenden Themen, z.B. testbasierter Nachweisführung
- Interaktion mit Kunden im Rahmen von Projektreviews und Präsentation
- Erstellung von Best-Practice-Guidelines und Schulung involvierter Kollegen
- Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams in einem Multiprojekt-Umfeld
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Elektrotechnik- oder Ingenieurstudium (Uni/FH) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Systems Engineering, Mechatronik, Robotik)
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Interesse an agiler und interdisziplinärer Entwicklungsarbeit im Umfeld mehrerer Teams
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Bereich V&V (Verification & Validation) von Flugsystemen (Bord & Boden) sind wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit MS-Office und IBM DOORS
- Kenntnisse in den Normen DO-254, DO-178B/C und V-Modell wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der militärischen und zivilen Luftfahrtzulassung wünschenswert
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
