- Selbständige Übernahme von administrativen Standardprozessen im Bereich C&B wie bspw. die Erstellung von relevanten C&B Dokumenten für Executives
- Regelmäßige Auswertungen und Steuerung von Benefitsangeboten (z.B. JobRad)
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung jährlich wiederkehrender Prozesse (bspw. Gehaltserhöhungsrunden, Bonus- durch die eigenständige Übernahme von administrativen und koordinativen Tätigkeiten
- Weiterentwicklung von internationalen Vergütungsrichtlinien, nationalen und internationalen Prozessen, Standards und Systemen zur Vergütung - in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Personalabteilungen unserer Landesgesellschaften.
- Beratung des Managements und der HR Organisation bei relevanten Vergütungsthemen
- Weiterentwicklung von Benefit-Angeboten
- Statistische Auswertungen / Monitoring der Vergütung in Übereinstimmung mit der Gesetzgebung
- Ansprechpartner für die Landesgesellschaften bei Fragestellungen rund ums Grading (Stellenbewertungen)
- Durchführung von Teilnahmen an Marktstudien und -umfragen
- Entwicklung von internationalen Benchmark-Ansätzen für individuelle Job Pricings und zur Ableitung der Vergütungspolicy.
- Mitarbeit in C&B Projekten im Rahmen der durch die Projektleitung definierten Bedingungen
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Human Resources oder vergleichbares, gerne mit erster fachspezifischer Praxiserfahrung in Human Resources.
- Erste Kenntnisse zu Einzelfeldern aus dem Bereich Compensation & Benefits zum Beispiel Vergütungsgestaltung, Stellenbewertung, Incentives oder Benefits.
- Wissbegierigigkeit und eine gute Auffassungsgabe
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse,
- Erfahrung in der Darstellung von Sachverhalten in Power Point (oder einer vergleichbaren Präsentationssoftware)
- Kenntnisse in Word und ggf. schon SAP-HR Kenntnisse
- Ein überdurchschnittliches Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit mit gutem organisatorischem Geschick und analytischer sowie konzeptioneller Stärke.
