    Process Development Engineer Electronics / Prozess Entwicklungsingenieur Elektronik (m/w/d)

    Wir suchen einen Prozess Entwicklungsingenieur im Bereich Elektronik, der mit Schwerpunkt Leiterplattenbestückung für die Prozessentwicklung und -implementierung verantwortlich ist.

    Wesentliche Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung, Auslegung und Optimierung von PCBA-Produktionsprozessen (SMD & THT) vom ersten Entwurf über die Validierung bis zum Abschluß der Anlaufphase im ersten Jahr
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R&D in allen Entwicklungsphasen
  • Durchführung von DFM-Analysen (Design for Manufacturing) sowohl auf der Grundlage der Designdaten als auch als Teil der Analyse von Prototypen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Testing Team, um deren Rückmeldungen zur Testbarkeit (Flying Probe ICT & JTAG) des Designs zu erhalten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Industrial Engineer zur Bewertung der Durchlaufzeiten und der Prozesseffizienz
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigungs- und der Qualitätsabteilung bei der Produktion von Prototypen
  • Entwicklung von Best Practices und innovativen Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Produktivität und Qualität
  • Durchführung von P-FMEAs (für die PCBA-Produktion) zur angemessenen Risiko-bewertung und -minderung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Zulieferern zur Bewertung und Verbesserung der Produktqualität
  • Erstellung der Prozessdokumentation (Arbeitsanweisungen, Prozessvalidierungsdokumente, MPQP etc.)

    • Erforderliche Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Elektrotechnik/Elektronik/Materialwissenschaften oder Physik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der PCBA-Fertigung
  • Sehr gerne Kenntnisse der in der Medizintechnik verwendeten IPC-Standards (PCBA electronic standards)
  • Sehr gute technische Fähigkeiten, "ein Auge für Details" und ein ausgeprägtes Datenbewusstsein
  • Offen für Verbesserungen und Veränderungen, analytisch, engagiert und kundenorientiert
  • Sehr gute Kommunikation
  • Unvoreingenommen, lösungsorientiert und lernbereit
  • Sehr gerne Kenntnisse von Prozess Standards (z.B. Six Sigma)
  • Sehr gerne Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lean-Instrumenten (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
