    As a licensed financial company with principal membership with card schemes, we specialize in global payments and providing businesses with multi-currency accounts. With offices located in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Limassol, and London, we are currently undergoing significant expansion and are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This role can be in one of our offices in Frankfurt, Limassol, Amsterdam, or London, it can also be remote anywhere in Europe.

    This pivotal role within payabl. demands a highly skilled and passionate Product Manager to spearhead the development of sophisticated payment solutions tailored for enterprise merchants, marketplaces, payment facilitators, and other multi-seller businesses. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will be instrumental in orchestrating end-to-end seamless experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our clientele.

    You will:

    • Identify and address stakeholder pain points, architecting scalable solutions that deliver tangible value and drive business growth.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to set strategic goals, track key performance metrics, and inform decision-making processes.
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with partners and merchants, overseeing their onboarding process, monitoring performance metrics, and providing ongoing support.
    • Craft a comprehensive product roadmap and specifications based on stakeholder feedback, prioritizing initiatives to align with overarching business objectives.
    • Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products that exceed stakeholder expectations.
    • Foster collaborative relationships with various internal departments to synchronize efforts and achieve collective goals.

    What we need:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role, coupled with at least 2 years of hands-on experience within the payments industry, preferably with payment processors, digital marketplaces, or acquirers.
    • Profound expertise in the payments landscape and financial services industry, with a keen understanding of multi-seller business operations and financial processes.
    • Exceptional analytical capabilities, adept at extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to drive product innovation and optimization.
    • A nuanced understanding of market trends and dynamics, leveraging insights to inform product development strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
    • Proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to achieve shared objectives.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in vendor management, with a focus on fostering mutually beneficial partnerships and driving operational efficiencies.
    • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve peak performance and excellence.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, enabling effective stakeholder management and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
