    Aufgabenbeschreibung:

    In der Position als Senior Manager, Sales Operations arbeiten Sie direkt mit dem Sales Director Hematology & Oncology zusammen, um die Umsetzung der Strategie und die Erreichung unserer Firmen- und Verkaufsziele zu erreichen. Sie managen die Planung und Koordination unserer Vertriebsstrategien und -aktivitäten, führen strategische Analysen durch und leiten daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Die Koordination und kontinuierliche Verbesserung wesentlicher Arbeitsabläufe im Vertrieb sind ebenfalls Teil Ihrer Aufgabe. Darüber hinaus managen sie Projekte im cross-funktionalen Team, um im wettbewerbsintensiven Umfeld weiterhin erfolgreich zu agieren.

    Hauptaufgaben:

    Als Senior Manager, Sales Operations Hem&Onc liegen Ihre Aufgaben in der Analyse unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten, als auch in der Steuerung von funktionsübergreifenden Teams um aus den abgeleiteten Handlungsempfehlungen, Lösungen für unseren Außendienst zu entwickeln.

    Diese Rolle umfasst wichtige direkte Verantwortlichkeiten, einschließlich:

  • Analyse von Vertriebsdaten & Abteilung von relevanten Handlungsempfehlungen für den Sales Director (Sales Force Effectiveness)
  • Strategische Analyse & Handlungsempfehlungen im Cross-Funktionalen Team, auf basis des sich ständig verändernden Markt- und Wettbewerbsumfelds:Innovative Konzepte / Lösungen um Kundenzugang & Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhöhen Account Management Optimale KontaktstreckenOptimale Kontaktstrecken auf Basis KI gestützter Empfehlungen für den Außendienst
  • Operative Steuerung mit relevanten Inhalten:Projekt Lead für die Ermittlung und Definition unserer Zielgruppen (Profiling & Targeting)Erarbeitung der Trainingsroadmap für unsere Vertriebsorganisation, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Trainingsabteilung und den RegionalleiternProjekt Lead zur Planung und Organisation von VertriebstagungenVerantwortlich für die Projekt- und Kostenstellenbudgets
  • Aktive Gestaltung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Marketing-, Customer Engagement und der Vertriebsorganisation:Management von Prozessen & Kommunikation / Schnittstellen zwischen Innen- und AußendienstVeranstaltungsmanagement (Peer to Peer)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Director Hematology & Oncology für strategische Initiativen & Projekte (Global & Lokal)
  • Anforderungsprofil:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss und/oder Advanced Degree oder höherer wissenschaftlicher Abschluss mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Beratungshintergrund wünschenswert
  • Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten / Erfahrung in einer Matrix Organisation
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, kritisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie Erfahrung in der Analyse und Synthese von Daten mit Excel und anderen Tools, um die Entwicklung oder Anpassung von Strategien, Plänen und Taktiken zu integrieren und damit Geschäftsziele zu erreichen
  • Erfahrung in der Etablierung und Pflege von Beziehungen und effektive Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Stakeholdern und Partnern in der gesamten Organisation
  • Starkes Verständnis von Pharma Marketing, Pharma Sales, Sales Operations und gute Kenntnisse in Vertriebsabläufen allgemein
  • Erfahrung mit internen organisatorischen Prozessen und Verfahren
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv als individueller Mitarbeiter und in einer Teamstruktur zu arbeiten

    Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
