- Create, organize, and implement strategic recruitment plans and supporting initiatives to build the overall talent acquisition process and quality of hiring across User & Services business groups;
- Ensure strategies are designed to meet hiring plans in a timely and consistent fashion;
- Provide overall leadership for a team of recruiting professionals and act as a strong role model, providing mentorship and motivation for growth;
- Establish innovative candidate sourcing strategies, especially for hard-to-fill positions;
- Define, track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance;
- Source methods and providers of vendors, products and systems for talent communities; negotiate terms and contracts;
- Select and oversee tools, technology, and assets used to support highly effective talent acquisition.
- Direct recruiting experience in a fast pace, high growth in-house technology company or agency firm, prior experience consulting and managing clients in a professional services environment;
- Strong track record of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant hiring impact for a business;
- Strong domain knowledge and expertise in executive search or executive talent acquisition;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as strong communication and organizational skills;
- Good judgment and executive presence and ability to interface effectively with senior executives;
- The ideal candidate is a detail oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, executive presence, strong communication skills and a great sense of humor;
- BA/BS degree is required.
