    Beschreibung

    In your new role you will:

    1. Define the next generation of our Automotive power module solutions for inverter applications based on the product roadmap
    2. Drive and support design ins from the technical side towards business at our direct customers in close collaboration with product marketing
    3. Together with internal and external partners, drive inverter system optimization like optimizing complementary components (thermal stack, DC-Link capacitor) and integration concepts
    4. Capture product requirements based on application trends and customer feedback for Automotive inverter applications
    5. Actively contribute to the product roadmap within the product definition team and in close collaboration with the marketing team
    6. Create product-related collaterals like application notes, whitepapers, and training material to support the technical promotion of our next Generation Automotive Power Module products

    You work thoroughly on making things better, faster, and more efficient and remain focused on solutions. You are able to break down complex information into understandable pieces and as a true team player, you work perseveringly together with your colleagues on developing ideas to their full implementation and application.

    You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

    • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar studies
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in developing power electronics or power electronics components in an Automotive environment (OEM, Tier1, Tier2)
    • Knowledge and technical experience in electrical and inverter related designs
    • Experience in leading and structuring complex technical discussions in cross-functional Teams and at customers or suppliers
    • The willingness to travel with a sometimes high frequency
    • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, ideally German as well
