    Für den Geschäftsbereich Informationssicherheits- und Risikomanagement suchen wir für den Bereich Risikomanagement zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für den Standort Hannover, Frankfurt oder Münster zwei

    Business Continuity Manager (m/w/d).

    Hinweis: Der Bereich ist am Standort Hannover vertreten.

    Ihre Aufgaben:

    • Durchführung von BCM-Analysen und Fortschreibung des Notfallvorsorgekonzeptes
    • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von fachbereichsübergreifenden Simulationsübungen
    • Schulungen für Fachbereiche planen, anpassen und durchführen
    • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die prozessinternen Kontrollen zum BCM
    • Vorbereitung und eigenverantwortliche Begleitung von internen und externen Prüfungen zum BCM
    • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Berichten für Geschäftsführung, Kunden und Gremien
    • Unterstützung der Kolleg*innen im BCM sowie Beratung der Ansprechpartner*innen zum BCM in den Fachbereichen

    Schnittstellen / Kunden:

    • Ansprechpersonen zum BCM in den Fachbereichen
    • Koordination und Überwachung von Dienstleistern aus dem BCM Blickwinkel

    Ihr Profil:

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation.
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im BCM oder spezifische Qualifizierung
    • Expertenkenntnisse zu einschlägigen Standards und best practices (ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, BCI, ...)
    • Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von regulatorischen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen für Banken (KWG, MaRisk, BAIT)
    • Kenntnisse zur Informationstechnologie und den damit verbundenen Risiken
    • Ausgeprägte Zielorientierung, hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit
    • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Kreativität
    • Agiles Arbeiten liegt Ihnen ebenso wie Teamfähigkeit und eine konzeptionelle, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
