- Play a key role in the Information Security organization with global responsibility for Cyber Security
- Manage cyber security project teams to achieve their goals
- Monitor the progress of projects in terms of time, costs, scope and quality as well as take appropriate measures if there are any deviations
- Ensure that all assigned projects are completed, including all relevant steps, milestones and resources
- Maintain a timely and professional dialogue with all stakeholders, including overall stakeholder management
- A degree in business studies, computer science, information security, or a related field with relevant work experience
- Proven change management experience with a strong passion for cybersecurity
- Successful leadership of complex cybersecurity projects, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., BSI, ISO, NIST, SANS), technologies and best practices.
- Experience is ideally supplemented by relevant project certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, IPMA) and/or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM)
- Fluent in English, with German language skills a plus
- Security: Permanent employment contract in a stable, successful family owned business
