    What you will be doing

    • Shape the opportunities of the digital world by developing creative and innovative (Legal Tech) solutions and products in a law firm that stands out for its focus on the future
    • Act as an expert and catalyst by asking the right questions to all stakeholders, driving forward the business of tomorrow away from traditional mandate work, and identifying new business models
    • Bridge the gap and act as a 'translator' between law and computer science, optimizing existing (work) processes, modeling and standardizing workflows
    • Manage projects, keep an eye on the Legal-Tech market, stay up-to-date with current topics, and always be involved
    • Design, configure, test, and implement your own Legal Tech tools, based on a No/Low-Code software
    • Organize internal training and lead interdisciplinary idea sessions
    • Collaborate with external service providers

    Your qualifications

    • Successful completion of studies in (Business) Law, Business Engineering, or (Business) Informatics, or equivalent qualifications
    • Practical experience in a Professional Service Firm or (IT) Consulting environment or exposure to Legal Tech during your studies
    • Tech-savvy with a willingness to delve into new topics
    • Understanding of traditional and agile project management methods
    • Experience in digitalization and software development projects, ideally with Legal Tech solutions
    • Will to acquire basic programming skills; existing developer skills are desirable but not mandatory
    • Hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, and focus on the client's needs
    • High quality standards, creativity, ability to work independently while being a team player
    • Willingness to travel to facilitate personal exchanges within cross-location project teams
