- Du koordinierst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und bereitest sie für Ergebnispräsentationen stakeholdergerecht auf
- Du wirkst mit bei Definition, Umsetzung und Controlling der strategischen Unternehmensziele
- Du treibst im Strategieteam den Auf- und Ausbau des Strategieframeworks und -prozesses mit voran, dazu gehören z.B. Entwicklung, Implementierung und Optimierung der Unternehmens- und Funktionalstrategien
- Dafür koordinierst und orchestrierst du alle internen und externen Stakeholder und Ressourcen
- Du konzeptionierst für unterschiedlichen Organisationsebenen zielgerichtete Formate rund um die Strategiearbeit, wie z.B. Workshops und führst diese durch
- Du gestaltest die interne Kommunikation und die Organisationsentwicklung aus der Strategieperspektive mit
- Du unterstützt die verschiedenen Unternehmensbereiche in allen Fragestellungen rund um Strategie
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, gerne mit Fachrichtung BWL o.ä.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in Strategieentwicklung und –management, ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von strategischen Projekten sowie Marktanalysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Professionelles Stakeholder Management, gepaart mit sehr guten Kommunikations- & Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist ein strategischer Kopf, denkst analytisch und unternehmerisch und verfügst über hohes Abstraktionsvermögen
- Komplexität und Unsicherheit navigierst du souverän
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge greifbar und anschaulich darzustellen
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint), fließende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
